Awesome customer service. Super friendly employees. Downside is I know its not limited to vision works but eyeglasses are ridiculously overpriced and not worth it. Just look at a pair of frames anywhere. Couldnt Cost more than $75 soup to nuts to make the frames. A little bit of metal and mostly plastic. Plastic. $300+? Lol ridiculous markup

The website says the store closes at 8pm but the store was closed at 7pm itself. They should not disappoint customers by misleading information. Had to drive long way to get to the store by 7.01pm and finding the store was closed is not acceptable.

They authorised my insurance account and now not releasing it so that I can use it anywhere else.
