I recently went in for the sole purpose of using insurance benefits for shades. I had no idea how or what benefits I had. Jamie was incredibly helpful and was able to access and find all the details needed to answer my 20 questions.
I never felt rushed and she sat me down and I was able to customize my shades to the perfect combination I wanted. I would highly recommend this place and would suggest asking for Jamie since she was so professional and helpful! Thanks again Jamie!

Nicholas S. took my glasses and reshaped them. They were an absolute loss but he took them and twisted them back into shape. He’s very skilled and professional. I’ll be getting my new lenses at Visionworks without hesitation. Awesome service!

Exceptional customer service! Krystal and Gladys went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered. I was treated like family not just another client walking through the door. I would 10/10 recommend

The service here is just awesome! I had to go back several times to get the fit just right. They were very friendly. And once the lens popped out of the frame, but they got a new frame and popped the lenses in -- no questions asked. I can recommend them highly.

Love the associates very friendly and kind. Visionworks even has great frame selection but the wait for glasses is not ok. Come on visionworks open up your labs again .
