        Horrible customer svc skills. Made me seem like I was the problem when they were the ones who messed up my acct. Ive never had a problem with metro in years since I've had them and I thought this issue would be resolved but instead was basically told too bad you don't have proof. I'm very, very disappointed and will be reaching out further about this situation.
