COME HERE IF YOU WANT GREAT SERVICE!! Had verizon service for awhile and they have the best customer service I have ever had I wish I got the gentleman's name but glad we made the extra long drive!!

This is a store of trouble and least trustworthy services at all. We switched from Spetrum to Verizon for 3 lines at this location under the help of Mandy last November. After we received our new phones, we had a big issue when activating. We activated the 3 phones in the afternoon and then we did not have services at all till next day afternoon when we had to visit the store. Considering basically one day with a phone, you can imagine how you feel. And then after the activation, we got ridiculous 15 sub accounts and received nonsense bills with outstanding balance since then till current day. We called verizon many times(at least 5 of 200 minutes over), nobody got a clue how could this happened, and we revisited the store for 2 more times talking to Mandy and Jessica, with its store manager Robert for help. Got promises they straightened the errors and will issue credits back to my account in 2-3 weeks, 6 weeks passed, nothing happended. This is quite an experience with Verizon, so if you shop at this so-called corporate location, please be advised, this is a poor managed store with no credit whatsoever, and their people has no clue what they are doing. Stay away for trouble at this location, it is not worthy at all considering the time and visits later on you are going to have if you shop there.

Terrible interface based on corporate policy! Buyer beware that the store manager is required to act like a bouncer and interrogator at the door. They keep the doors locked and block entry until you tell them what you need and they let you in. "It is corporate policy.. and we can't do anything about it." My heart goes out to the team on the ground that has to implement adversarial policy and put customers on edge in order to meet corporate policy. Time for some customer service training.. watch The Office.. they do HR better.

We stopped by to add my husband to my plan and upgrade our phones. What a lovely experience. Tim made everything easy and explained everything very well. We were able to walk out with new phones, plans and accessories with great discounts. I've been a loyal customer for many years and truly appreciate the level of service here. Thank you for spending the time with us to make sure we were happy.

I've been a Verizon customer for over 9 years and thanks to the lack of customer service or care from this Store, I have switched over to AT&T. I went into your store on Wed to see about upgrading 3 of our 5 phones that we had. The lady at the door seemed very friendly and advised me to wait 2 more days and to come back on black Friday since they will most likely have better deals. I came back in Friday around 11am and explained the situation to the lady (different then Wed) and asked what she could do for us if we upgrade 3 of our (fully paid off phones). I was told the only thing they had was $650 on the one line and the rest would be full price. No discounts/incentives/promos or anything. I asked her to double check, because if they couldn't do anything for us then I was going to have to switch providers. She said "nope that's it" and let us leave. I guess our 5 lines weren't important to her and she made that very obvious. I went over to AT&T and they gave me great deals and transferred all of our lines over and had the same phones in stock that the rep at your store told me we wouldn't get until after Christmas unless we were new customers or set up a new line.
