        We had CLEAR Internet WIMAX installed yesterday, and after a week without internet or TV, we were SO happy to see Field Service Tech, Jerry Martin. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Sonic so far, from phone calls with questions, to Jerry's installation. He was on time (early, actually) and answered all of our questions and even tried to help setting up my Visio Smartcast for our 2nd tv. Gold star for Jerry. If he is any indication of CLEAR Internet WIMAX's customer service, I think we are in good hands.
