AT&T Store

Went to store because my wireless was disconnected. I wanted to know the reason. They told me I was 3 months behind. I was confused, because for so many years the bill was automatically deducted from my checking account. I wanted to find out what month & how much. They can’t discuss the account because I don’t know the 4 digit code. They assisted me in calling ATT support, talked to Wanda, and told me she can’t help me either, because I don’t hv the code. Very frustrating. I can’t use my mobile so I went home & pay online thru website w/o knowing why I owe $582. My services was restored. They’re quick to take payments but have very poor customer support. I’m cancelling all the services w/ AT&T.

Went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. All the staff are extremely friendly and Sergio ensured I received timely assistance on both occasions I've been in this store.

I was very happy with the service provided here. Ernesto went above and beyond to explain the process of trading in and upgraded. Once I got my phone I went back in and Jorge was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. I will definitely be going back here for all my phone needs and accessory purchases. I highly recommend visiting this store if you are an AT&T customer!!

For as long as I’ve gone to this location, Sergio was my go to associate. Always went above and beyond just to make sure my family and i were extremely happy and nothing less. Always kept me up to date with new offers and things i qualified for and helped with the money breakdown. Since being an associate he’s now a manager and referred me to Jorge my new go to! Jorge has been nothing less than phenomenal and helps more than is needed. Has the most patience and is able to multitasks so were not stuck in the store for hours, especially since i have a 1 year old and she can be impatient. Sergio always checks in to help, but Jorge knows exactly what he’s doing. Thank you At&T for this location cause these 2 guys make it easy and convenient with any questions, upgrades and new items to buy.
