My daughter dropped my iPhoneX in the pool and it was total damaged. I went to the T-Mobile store in Alamo ranch it was closed, then I went to the another T-Mobile store in culebra and tezel road and was seeing by the manager whose name is Marty. He told me I can get the iPhone 11 and just paid the $100 cancellation fee and I can get into a new phone etc and he also mention that it will be $80 additional for a phone case and screen protectors. At first he made it sound like it was mandatory for me to get them until I ask him and he said I don't have to get them if I don't want to and I said then I don't want them because I can find them way cheaper somewhere else. Well all of sudden he no longer has the iPhone 11 in stock and only the iPhone 11 Pro.. I told him oh really.. now that I said I don't want to spend $80 on a case and screen protector you don't have the phone you said you have when I first came in and now want to sale me something more expensive. He was rude, arrogant, and all he care was to make his damn commission.. so I left and went to the other store in bandera road.. and I have to say everything with them was amazing.. they were so nice, friendly, understandable, knowledgeable and made me feel value as a customer. Guillermo was the one that took care of me, he was friendly, and very helpful. Roman is the master king on iPhone he knew everything and was very funny... Andrew was also super helpful and nice.. I highly recommend this store to get recognized as one of the best one on the Leon valley area... And marty at the culebra and tezel road should get more training and learn that some commissions is better then zero... I don't even know how he is even a manager...
