Customer service is great and they are super nice. They know who I am and I've been using them since 2015 ish. Feels nice to walk in and be greeted like that. Started off with a second chance account since I had bad history with Wells Fargo. After a year I was cleared for a normal checking account.

Why can't I leave 6 STARS!
The experience at Woodforest is exceptional! The people make the difference, and every person I come in contact with is so dedicated to making me feel like I'm important. I especially want to Thank Lauryn, who's attention to detail and customer service is by far superior to other banks I do business with. Keep up the great work! Woodforest, you have an A-Team at this location. Keep them motivated!
