2 days in 98 degrees to tell the home warranty they can’t do the job!

Asked to have Freon added. They advertise $65 A/C tune up. They wanted to charge me $80 to inspect the A/C and and see what parts of the tune-up they actually needed to do and then $65+ to actually do the tune up depending on what they found.

Our Ac/heater blower motor broke 2/8/19 (overnight) and we called our Home warranty company Old Republic the next morning... about 5 minutes after we placed the claim we received a call from the owner and not even 4 hours later they send their technician Roger to fix it. unfortunately, he needed a new motor and could not finish the job but after they received the part he came back the following Wednesday and completed the repair. Thank you for the quick response to our claim. This is a company to chose when in A/C repair needs! Sincerely, Connie Chambers

The guys do great work and are very efficient. Only recommendation is to work on scheduling.
