American home shield selected them to complete some work and I called for a follow about paperwork. Been calling multiple times a week for the pass 6 weeks. Left voicemail messages, email and tried to chat with no luck in a response. I drove to the office address because of no response come to find out its a virtual address. The lack of customer support is really unacceptable.

I was talked into getting an A/C replacement and came to find out the installation was not correctly done after having another contractor come inspect what was causing water damage to my ceiling (picture attached). Also, during the secondary inspection, they found the exhaust for the heater was not installed properly which could have killed my family if it was ever turned on. I have attempted to get them to return and complete the installation; however, after being ghosted/ignored multiple times I am posting this review. Update: The boss came out and fixed the system himself. Glad it was him to make sure the job was corrected. Avoid this contractor at all cost. Loyal is not loyal in any way, they do not tell the truth and they do not properly respond. No commitment whatsoever to get the work done. Absolutely horrible experience. Service: HVAC system repair
