Seems to be pretty understaffed. No one was in the office when I got there. A guy was doing some work downstairs (I can't even see him) and he told me to park my car, but then nothing happened. Had to find another place for state inspection.

It's a Rarity that I give 5*. I believe there's always room for improvement, however, Customer Service here, was Just That Great! These two young men alone, got people in and out rather quickly. No up sales, Reasonable market prices, No hidden fees, Proper oil change, Tire pressure inflated to proper PSI, New Silicone Wiper Blades, (which by the way, Work far better than the Traditional ) Worth Every Penny! Ask about them. Although they were steadily busy, before and after (my arrival ) I was in and out within 30 mins and felt appreciated. I don't live in Round Rock, I was just visiting grandkids, I'm from Universal City, TX.
