Adam an Colton are very good to work with got home realized the mileage written down was no where near what my mileage was call back Colton sd he would fix it. Went back 10 days later the new manager was very rude he sd he sd he threw it away. Treated me very bad. This place was being run into the ground poor management. Not any better think 2 Update 12 /28. Went today oil change everything was good Went today different vehicle. Oil change an had ck engine light. They informed me it was something we had pd a mobile mechanic to repair 11 months ago. Still on warranty. Very honest company. Trustworthy. Before when under different management they were not. 11/27/23. Went in got oil change they fit me in treated me as best you can expect Rhett and his team are A Plus Have had repairs made to an equinox 2 months ago Today oil change an sensor always get great work an treated well

I had originally come to this place looking for a shop I could trust. I had them do a coolant flush and they did do the job but they overfilled the coolant by a lot. The coolant was nearly filling the entire container which is not how its supposed to be. Its supposed to be between the min and max fill line. Consequences of overfilling coolant can cause it to drain by the overflow line which will break it down and destroy it (its only a rubber hose) and eventually itll leak into the engine bay causing serious damage. I took it to Wills Automotive to have this excess coolant removed. They did it free of charge which was awesome Next issue. I hit my car on a curb pretty hard after a 10hour work day so I took it to this place for an alignment on Friday. They charged $140 which isnt bad and they did straighten the car but did not straighten the steering wheel. I came back Monday 4/1/24 and told them hey the steering wheel is crooked and its leaning to the right I waited an hour as two of their technicians test drove it and all they did was pass me back the keys. Assuming they had fixed the issue I got in and test drove it and they had done nothing to fix the issue. I then took it back after 30 minutes of this test drive and a third technician drove it and said it was fine and promptly handed the keys back to me. Of course the issue still wasnt fixed. I decided to take it back to Wills Automotive and not only did they tell me it WAS drifting to the left when the steering wheel was straight they told me that the alignment Sun Auto had done was wrong. So I paid Wills Automotive do another alignment fixing the problems yet again that Sun Auto had caused. The steering wheel is now level and the car is properly aligned. 3 stars because the place is friendly but honestly you are wasting your money with this place. They will do it but do it wrong every time. Oh and I havent bothered but I should be getting my money back for the alignment they did. Not only did they mess it up, my steering wheel wasnt straight and they overfilled the coolant. An unsuspecting driver would ruin their car taking it here. Ive sadly wasted my money with this place and please dont make this mistake as I have. Go to Wills Automotive instead. You can trust them and they will do the job right the first time.
