So far I love this place. They took medicaid for my adolescent. Easy to set up an appointment. Nice receptionist. Nice nurse. We saw Dr. Ramon Esparza. He asked us questions, didn't try to force some type of medication, was easy to talk to and had great demeanor. Almost no wait for us to go from the reception area to a room. No clue about billing yet. I guess we will see.

Dr Ramon Esparza is absolutely AMAZING! Very professional and gives great feedback about every question and need. He takes the time to listen to every concern we have. He sees our 3 children and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I’ve changed doctors so many times for varies reasons, so glad I won’t have to anymore! Highly recommend!

Very disapointing customer experience when trying to pay a simple Bill. No online portal to pay (yes, this is 2020, crazy right?), and when I tried to pay over the phone through their billing extension, the phone just rings and rings, and then a nice notification that their voicemail box is full.

The Esparza’s have been my doctors since 2004. They are very professional and have great bedside manner. I’ve always Been satisfied with their medical opinions and treatments and have never felt the need for a second opinion. Their staff is just as wonderful and helpful. Their out of pocket fee’s are more than reasonable and I have never had an issue with billing. I will continue to be in their care until they decide to retire.
