        Today I spent nearly an hour in line because they only had two employees in the whole department store. My hold was not held for me which was placed yesterday, which defeated the whole purpose of putting it on hold, so I could shop and take advantage of the sale when I had more time. I feel sorry for the staff, because who's brilliant idea is it to run a whole department store with two people? That is unrealistic and mean. If a retail chain store is that severely understaffed, they should have pulled people from other near by stores.
