Tried to cancel 2 hours before arrival. Then charged more than what she said on the phone. Also terrible hair cut.

Giving three stars because my doodles cut turned out good but not exactly what I asked for. Also my appt was scheduled at 7:30 & I got a text at exactly 7:30 saying they overslept & wouldn’t be there until 8 so I had to wait a half hour in the car with my dog. Once she was ready they called my husband and were NOT friendly at all to him, to the point that I had to leave work to come pick her up because he was so offended. Decent work, bad customer service. Probably will not return.
