I called to make an appointment and was quoted a price after being asked a few questions about what was needed for my dog's grooming appt. Once we arrived, she came out to meet my dog and asked clarifying questions to ensure she did everything I wanted before taking him back. They told me it would be about an hour and they'd call me when he was ready. An hour later, he was ready and I came to pick him up. She did a wonderful job and at a great price. They even texted me a picture of my sweet fur baby. I'll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend!

Most of you know I groom the girls since Covid but about twice a year I take them in to fix all my mistakes. Let me tell you they were magic. They look so cute! Of course their bows fell off the second they walked out but I expected nothing less. This place was super cute and clean. I was able to make an actual appointment and picked them up about two hours later. So they didn't have to sit around in a crate all day. So, if you're looking for a groomer in Rockwall, I definitely recommend them. They were a bit more expensive but totally worth it for the convenience.

They did such a wonderful job on my dog Oscar. She was able to schedule us very quickly and had him done within a couple of hours. Thank you so much Cynthia!! I would recommend her shop to everyone who needs dog grooming.
