Tv didn't work nor did the hot water or hot tub . But other than that it's the best place I have ever been.
Rooms: The view was amazing but the first room we stayed in the hot water in the shower didn't work but the sink in the kitchen was scolding hot. And tv didn't work well. But the second room was way better in all areas.
Walkability: Anything you need is definitely in walking distance.

Room dirty!!!
TV did not work
Jacuzzi not working
Had to buy cleaning supplies to clean up room, ac leaking, bed had stains, drawers looked like it had rat poop
Has a nice pier and place to bbq

NO HOT WATER! Had a German roach crawling across the floor and bedsheets had hair in them. Room smelled funkdefied. Do not stay here. Nice view and pier, friendly staff Raj did what he could to make our stay nice.
