Hotel is rundown, low awkward ceilings, smelly room, loud pets in other rooms, really gross hotel. WAY overpriced for what you get. We paid $106 for our room and it was outrageous considering how disgusting the room was. Stay at the Village Inn Motel for $55 it's a much better deal. Do not stay here, the owners must hate the place it's so rundown.

The window on the left had the locking mechanism COMPLETELY BROKEN OFF🖓. Anyone could open the window from the outside.😠 This isn't good because anyone who doesn't inspect their room when they first get there like I do could potentially get their stuff stolen. I would have stayed in a different hotel but because it was the weekend all other hotels were booked up. I couldn't get a room anywhere so I had to take this Hotel but never again, never again, never again. I'm actually heading back to Rockport today. This time I booked my hotel ✌ weeks in advance. Oh, this time I'm staying at the LaQuinta. now that's a nice hotel! Beautiful even they have great breakfast, awesome pool they even have Cabanas and barbecue pits outside in the pool area. Cha cha cha chillin!!! 😎

The room is clean and well maintained. The carpet is a little sticky, but otherwise no issues. The front desk clerks were polite and effective.
