Apply for a one-time close construction loan on April 4th. Never got a called about my application I reached out to them. Did not pick up, had to leave a message, then met Julie who was the agent in charge of my application. I had uploaded all the common asked documents since this isn't the first time applying, I am a homeowner already. It took more than a week "to tell me that I qualify but there are two types of loans I qualified and that her co-worker told her that it might be more beneficial if I did two separate loans which I have never heard that. I was like okay can you EXPLAIN how, she said I don't know, let's set up a call with her co-worker who knows better about it. Monday April 11 came around after I spoke with her Friday. Heard nothing on Monday, so I waited til Tuesdays April 12 till about 5pm and called no answer left a message, she was so kind to return my call. But to just find out that she spoke with her co-worker, but no meeting was arranged. (How does that get me anywhere?) So, I was like okay did you find out more information or clarity? nope just added that the loan was not recommended because there are fees and that the builder needs to pay the interest rates, and that most don't blah blah more stuff that she couldn't explain. Mind you not first lender I talked to or applied at. I already been preapproved elsewhere just wanted to have multiple options so I can make a good well inform choices that best benefit my purchase. At that point I did not want to waste my time and work with someone who does not know what they are offering, nor care to do business with. You can see she cares less about her future possible clients. So, I decided to close my application. IF YOU WANT THE TRUTH HERE IT IS AND ADVICE TO YOU IS FIND ANOTHER LOAN OFFICER OR ANOTHER COMPANY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH HER.
