Robb McKinnon made it great. To begin with he had a positive attitude about the possibility of my getting a refinance loan. I feel like Robb was incredibly responsive throughout this whole process. He explained what I needed to make this come together successfully something that two other loan officers at different companies wouldn't bother to do. He is my new hero. I tell everyone about him.

Robb was with me through ever step. I have been told that the exprience of buying a home and its home loan process was nerve racking. However, Robb made it easy, clear, and precise.
