DOTS Remodeling

After extensive research on Google business listing and Angie's list, I've hired the DOTS Remodeling for various home repairs. Shane was very pleasantly responsive from giving out estimates and explaining the procedures in most accurate details. His performance was outstanding beyond my expectation. That's rare. Shane is pretty punctual as it's the most important thing homeowners like about their contractors. I would recommend this company to my family and friends! Exterior job, Shane is absolutely great. He went above and beyond expectations. Great attention to detail, and awesome customer service. Very reasonable prices. Would call him before using anyone else on future jobs.

We had a great experience with Shane. He was hired for an exterior house painting, a 40's craftsman with varying ages of wood siding. He was honest with his assessment of the job, very confident with his work and was flexible with taking care of other small odds and ends while he and his team painted. I really appreciated that he was on-site with his team for the entirety of the job, so I knew that every nook and cranny we discussed would be taken care of with his oversight (not something you get with most contractors who have teams). He paid attention to detail, and had no issue working through and fixing based on multiple rounds of feedback. Our house was a challenging job, and he was not averse to doing whatever he had to do to make sure the quality was up to snuff. The communication took a little to get going, but we spoke generally every day and I had ample updates from him along the way. The before/ after is remarkable, we are super happy with how beautiful it turned out. Would recommend highly!
