Joey and his son are always on time and do great work. They are easy to schedule, and are good, honest people. On one occasion, the company that inspects my septic system (not Ruiz) told me that the tanks needed to be pumped. Upon Ruiz's inspection, he informed me that the tanks did not need pumping, saving me several hundred dollars.

Made appointment to have septic tanks pumped. Was stood up. No phone call, no nothing. Husband called and was told by a very rude lady that their pump was broken and they would try to be out at a later time. The rude lady called back and said they would be out at 2:00 the next afternoon. Again. Was stood up with no notice and no phone call. After an hour of waiting, I called and left a message. The rude lady called back and she informed me that she talked to my husband and told him about the pump. Apparently it's still broken and she did not feel the need to inform us!! Obviously, our time means nothing to this company and communication with their customers has become a thing of the past. I will find another company and will never use this one again!! For what they charge, you would think they would at least let us know something. I assume they only have one truck since the pump seems to be their problem and if they had more than one truck, they would have been able to make their rescheduled appointments. Use at your own risk!!!
