Approximately 12:40 PM a male with sunglasses, driving a white construction vehicle driving down Main Street in Allen. Driving very erratic and almost sideswiped a lady flying down the road doing over 20 miles above the speed limit. No turn signals with a logo plastered on the driver side door.

Be warned about Way Construction. Almost immediately our bathroom remodel fell into disrepair until we were finally forced to gut everything to the studs and start over. Plumbing was so poorly installed that a remediation team eventually removed 25 contiguous feet of mold just days after their 1-year warranty ended. City inspectors were shocked to learn that red tags were never closed out for plumbing and electrical. My personal favorite was learning they reused that nasty 20+ year old wax ring (image attached) when they installed our new toilet but somehow never actually secured it to the floor. Beware of Tim, the worst project manager to walk the earth. Tad is complicit. Don't let him fool you. This company has been the absolute biggest headache. Numerous appointment no shows and very late arrivals are just the beginning of the unprofessional service theyve provided. The cabinet completion is WAY behind schedule and once they were done the first time, we discovered they were made with the wrong dimensions. Once they were remade and reinstalled, we discovered they were reinstalled with no cabinet backs whatsoever. Now we have to have the cabinets uninstalled and reinstalled AGAIN with backs. The company cracked the countertop when removing it and matching it for replacement has been the biggest joke. We are now waiting on trip number 3 for samples to hopefully get a match. What was supposed to take a week and a half is now running over a month and we are nowhere near finished. My parents are unable to stay in their home without a functional kitchen and this is being drawn out with no reasonable explanation for all of the delays. The superintendent has not shown his face to actually direct the work on the cabinets whatsoever and has come around at a bare minimum. My parents kindness is being taken advantage of and their time is not being respected. This company makes promise after promise and then without fail- it falls through. We hear sorry after sorry but theres no change in behavior. I highly advise you steer clear of this company and find someone who values their clients business. My experience was nothing less than superb service and quality work! The entire team delivered excellent customer service, ongoing communication from the start of the project throughout the completion of it. The owner and project manager stayed in contact with us always making sure we were satisfied with the day to day progress. Anytime I called either of them or had questions, they always responded and timely. They did an awesome job and I most definitely recommend them.
