I came in for LTE internet for home. They sold me a phone plan/phone. Then the phone the sold me was out and I got downgraded. They could not verify ID with Passport even. They could not give me a receipt. I went to use the phone and I can only get around 4MB down and 3up. I never left the store and they still could not return. Asked me to come back tomorrow and speak to manager - same. People....not a People thing. All very nice. But the product and services provided are honestly garbage for this day and age. More to come. I feel like I was legally robbed!

Some little Mexican girl at the Quinlan store needs a lesson in customer service!!! Don't think I'll stop into that store again. VERY RUDE. I'd rather give this store a negative 10 STARS

HORRIBLE service came up here to get a phone with my uncle and they screw us over the girl told us that we needed to start at the sixty dollar plan to start service to get the free phone so we got it Then on our way to florida we stop by a store in dallas and we they told us we got screwed turns out they do that so they can get extra money and we could have started lower then sixty and she even added insurance that is not free! They screwed my uncle over So they can get extra money so we will be reporting them and make sure they pay for there actions
