Had a Rinnai Sensei tankless water heater installed in 2018. For some reason, this year it started to give me issues. It has a 15-year warranty. North Texas Custom Plumbing originally installed it, so I called them again to take a look. The heat exchanger went out. Rinnai wanted to blame it on the water conditions here in Plano, Texas. Mike (Supervisor at NTCP) wasn't having anything to do with it. Between him and I call Rinnai, I ended up with a brand new Rinnai system. Mike knew I wasn't happy with the situation and had the installation done on the house. I can't thank them enough for their up with a bad unit. The new one is running like a champ. Last fall, NTCP completed a major plumbing repair after a large leak was detected under our slab foundation. We received quotes and suggestions from several different plumbers including those recommended by our insurance company. From the start NTCP was clearly head and shoulders above the rest. The other companies submitted plans to jack hammer inside our home and spot repair the active leak. NTCP suggested tunnelling under the house and rerouting the entire line to fix the leak and prevent future time-bombs. Their crew was prompt, answered any questions we had, worked hard, and completed the job beyond our expectations. We haven't had any further issues in the last 6 months. Best of all, they worked with our insurance company to limit our out-of-pocket expense, while still performing a thorough repair.
