Was in need of a plumber the week of Christmas, and was extremely fortunate that The Prosper Plumber was both available and did outstanding work. Kris arrived on time, worked diligently, took the time to explain the issue and resolution completely, and even gave us some background on the house as he'd serviced it for a previous owner. Would happily recommend to all friends and neighbors.

I left a message one night after being frustrated with a toilet that was leaking inside the bowl. Chris called me back early the next morning and has been extremely responsive every time I call, always addressing my questions and concerns. Grateful to have found a reliable plumber and wont hesitate to call him again for out plumbing issues.
