        $1300 a month for a green pool and a busted water heater that they haven't fixed in five days? Do not waste your time or money. This place used to be decent but it's really gone down hill. Edit: since I am unable to reply to the response given by the complex, I will say, I lived here for nearly a year. I'm glad that I'm no longer in your resident database.

        I HATE I MOVE HERE! ITS NOWHERE TO PARK AND THE APARTMENT UNITS A/C UNITS DO NOT WORK. DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT. ALL THE MAINTENANCE PPL DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. ANYTIME YOU HAVE TO YOUTUBE HOW TO FIX THINGS . ITS PATHETIC
