Auto Merchants

Called in to get get info on a vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. Guy answered and was very short. Let him know Im interested in purchasing a vehicle and needed a car fax. He said sure Ill send you the link and hung up. Didnt get my name or phone number. I assumed he got my number off of the caller ID. Waited 30 minutes and never heard back. Called back and they were closed. The guy on the phone could have just told me they were getting ready to close and he would send it later. There were many more options then just hanging up on a customer. Pretty bad customer service in my opinion. Wouldnt recommend

As soon as I arrived at AutoMerchants i was greeted by the receptionist which was nice. After that, Carlos helped me checked out the cars available in my price range. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process a positive experience.

Victoria was amazing! She wasn't pushy, made great recommendations based on the price I wanted to pay and made sure I was comfortable and confident in the vehicle I am purchasing. Great job Auto Merchants, I'll be coming back again when we need our next car!

I was treated so well and professionally here! Omar, my salesperson, was laid back and easy to talk to. The sales manager, also put me at ease and was very informative and reassuring. Tommy worked the finances and explained the forms and warranties perfectly! Very happy customer right here!
