This is definitely where you want to purchase your next vehicle AND have it serviced! The pre-owned sales team were all very informative and helpful in reserving and preparing a vehicle that I really wanted. Steve, Ruben, and Rod all took time to talk with me on different visits, and coordinated putting a few finishing touches on this great Jeep Grand Cherokee so I could pick it up feeling like I was in a brand new ride! Thomas and the service team also went above and beyond to check everything out and I left with a vehicle in even better shape than I was expecting to go home with. Consistent top notch work from this team.

Huffines Hyundai dealerships have lost my business both McKinney and Plano are horrible. 2+ hours for oil changes and thats with scheduled appointments. Recommended services such as engine and in cabin air filter changes that were not needed as I had changed both in last 6 months. Recommended alignment with no testing of alignment. Car was aligned 9 months ago with purchase of new tires.

At 10:30, i went to Huffines to get my 32 point check up. I also needed a new battery. I was told it would take 2 hrs bc a new battery has to run for 2 hrs to test it bc it was under warranty. That's something ive never heard. My car was done at 4:40. I got a new fob that needed to get programmed I got home, and the key was not inserted. Those don't fall out. I don't think there was one. I have extended insurance. I was still charged for the oil change. Even though Dane was great, that doesn't mean the service was. It took over 5 hours to install a new battery, change oil, program a fob and do a 32 point check up. Sad thing is that i dont think there was a thorough check up. I dont trust them anymore. I go there bc i purchased the car there. Huffines' service dept is not the same as it was when I purchased the car 3 years ago. There are many new advisors, but not all of them seem to have the customer's best interest and care. Ive had a few. I do trust Dane.
