The absolute BEST car-buying experience I've ever had! Bryant helped me and he was wonderful and very honest. The process was easy and I am in love with my new (pre-owned) car. It's beautiful and it runs good. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a car!

Amazing place. I have purchased 2 vehicles in the past and had no issues. Then I bought a 3rd and it has been a complete nightmare. With less than 3,000 miles on it since driving off the lot it has spent more time in the shop than out of the shop. The service engine light came on 30 miles after leaving the lot. We later found out through code readings that the particular error code had been reset as far back as a year prior to our purchase. Kieth did an amazing job at attempting to have the issue solved and used just enough time in doing so to prevent a legal lemon return, that isn't good business but it is smart business. Kieths mechanic said it needed a new catalytic converter and he says one was put on but when the light came back on and we took it someplace else, we learned none of the cats had been replaced and they were all still original manufacturer. Given the purchase history I figured Kieth would allow a trade in but he says he won't trade in a broken vehicle which is funny as it has been broken since pulled off the lot, he had no problems selling one. Back in the day when I purchased the first two cars, the stuff on the latest car facts would of never come through. Back in the day Kieth wouldn't even accept flood damage while this particular vehicle was in a major accident. It seems as though his standards have lowered. Then at the least I assumed Kieth would say (especially since we are ahead on payments) lets pause the next couple payments so you can get that vehicle fixed. That in no way would imply two free payments, just a short pause so funding can go to the repair. The way it stands right now with only 2,800 miles off the lot, we are looking at a $2600 repair bill and this is after we have dumped in $1400. These repairs total half of the cost the vehicle was sold for. Repairs are to be expected but not weekly since taken off the lot. Just make sure you do your homework with a purchase. I took my last two purchases as homework and figured everything sold from Kieth is great. I learned my lesson there. Bryant Car Sales is a great place to go, just be cautious as not even Kieth knows if a car is in bad shape, only his mechanic would know. I feel like that is what has happened here. Kieth was assured the truck was in good standings by his mechanic so with no fault on Kieth he sells what he is told is a truck in good standing. Unfortunately the facts and the history of codes (prior to our purchase) says the mechanic covered up a lot of stuff to get the vehicle on Kieths lot. Additional side note about the extended warranty they offer. There are better ones out there. The particular company Kieth suggest makes you go to one of their shops for diagnosis. We did that with the service engine light on and they told us there is no issue and the light is on in error. So we went to the dealer who printed us off the list of code errors (and it was a long list). We took that list back to the selected repair shop from warranty and they adamantly insisted that the print out was wrong and they would still not authorize repair. I have an extended warranty on my car (not purchased from Kieth-car or warranty) and I can take it anywhere I want and it has always been covered. Bottom line is this. Kieth is great, his office staff is great, his car selection is great, his credit check is great.....but even with all those greats, always be sure it is a good deal for both parties.
