I purchased my vehicle February 21, 2024. I signed my paperwork and paid all monies that were due, my credit was ran again on February 23. I asked for my paperwork I was told that I would get it in an email...NEVER RECEIVED. I was never told anything about a limited warranty because of the "certified" stamp on it. I was presented the option of either purchasing the gap coverage or purchasing the "free" limited warranty that was already a part of the vehicle with the finance person. My salesguy Tomas communication was AWFUL. I had to go back in on 2.29 to redo my paperwork for whatever reason, still never received any of that paperwork. On 2.24 I sent a text to Tomas about the check engine light coming on due to coolant being low. He stated something about a warranty, but I knew that due to me purchasing the gap coverage I did not have the warranty that he spoke about. But I told him in that text why should I be paying $200 to get a diagnostic check on a vehicle that I just purchased two days prior. I put coolant in the vehicle but over the course of the last five weeks I have had to put coolant in the vehicle on four different occasions. Then just this past week I realized that I didn't have any of my paperwork with the gap coverage or anything. So, I started calling Kassandra my finance person and leaving messages and nothing. I decided to drive to the dealership and Kassandra greets me as I walk in and I ask her about the paperwork she says "oh let me get that". She then proceeds to sit back down and Cody the Sales Manager starts printing out papers and then brings me SIX sheets of paper printed front and back and tells me that that is all of my paperwork and none of those papers showed me anything about a warranty. He gave me one sheet of paper just showing me where I signed for the gap and circled the number just in case. I didn't receive any of the additional paperwork that went with it. I told Cody that I know I signed off on more paperwork than this and he stated that "oh the other papers was things that I didn't need". But all of those papers had EVERYTHING to do with my transaction. I told Cody about the coolant issue and that I mentioned it to Tomas two days when I purchased my vehicle and that something was off. It was at that moment that as an afterthought he added that "oh you have the 4000 mile limited warranty". I said I don't know anything about that then he proceeds to go print out another paper that I signed for, which was not in the original SIX papers that he handed me. Kassandra the "FINANCE PERSON" that i conducted business with NEVER came out of that room even though she was looking directly at me. I watched them go through the paperwork picking and choosing what they wanted me to have and Cody making the decision and deciding what was and was not important to me about MY transaction. This WHOLE interaction and my overall experience seemed deceptive. I was given the top sheet of the warranty page that I signed for but not any of the other pages that breaks down the coverage. I was never given the 125 pt inspection checklist or none of that. At this point I am literally almost 1000 miles from warranty expiration, I go back to the dealership on Thursday morning and I am fortunate enough to get the Finance Director who prints all the pages which equals approximately 30 pages and goes over in detail with me about the paperwork. I was able to drop off my vehicle to the Audi dealership and get a diagnostic check done and I received the video detailing that check. I compared that video to the 125 pt inspection checklist and they lied about what was inspected and passed. The bottom of the truck without just lifting it up shows motor mount bolts missing, coolant leak, wires out and the list goes on and on, also we are talking about instant visuals here. Initial estimate at $10,000, forced to get rental at $340 a week, while waiting for approval from warranty.
