If you look for a doctor who cares about your little one, he is NOT the Dr for you. It is very difficult to reach this doctor no matter how many messages you leave or how urgency it is ”basically he does not care”, he provided his direct admin phone number, we never received call back even we stated in 3 voice messages how important and urgency is to talk to doctor. He never cares about your kid or procedure output he keeps saying if it was my kid I’ll do same ….., he told us all procedure will happen in special room with professional crew, guess where procedure happened in visit room with unprofessional nurse, it took more than 30 minutes to get proper nurse in room and finally Dr Jacob showed up when we were leaving, we had to get second opinion and second doctor kindly addressed all issues and concerns even Dr Jacobs had stated there is no issue!
I asked him about his online review and he simply laughed!
You may think twice before meet Dr Jacob!
