I went here by purchasing groupon. During Whitening, I felt pain from my left upside and downside gum. I knew that the plastic seals which protected gum from hydrogen peroxide were loosened. I asked wiping overflowing hydrogen peroxide and re-filling the plastic seals but he didn't.The next day he texted me to ask how's my feeling. So I sent him my damaged gum pictures. And the register lady who insists she is the owner suddenly call me and ask me "check what?" So rude. Anyway she told me that this is commonly happen and actually my case is the one of the good results. She said her whitening results are worse than that. I went to dental clinic and my doctor said this is chemical burn and it should not happen. It can be avoid if they are professional. My gum is already damaged and not much I can do.Keep in mind what The owner(?) said and please don't ruin your teeth.  I thought they are dental clinic but it is not. Just tiny room with two chairs.
