        They used to be fantastic, when ever they merged to brident it has gone down in customer service. I do my Ortho here. Everytime I call I have to speak to a call center agent, I miss talking to the office people.

        Lots of issues here, but the final straw was not being able to get in touch with them. They either don't answer the phone at all or the answering service answers, and they can't help you. I spent 2 weeks calling at different times of the day, left messages that were never returned, and am now going with another dentist.
