Don't walk run away as fast as you can.
Office is beyond incompetent.
First they tell you that the doctor is in network than after your visit they are out of network.
Just look somewhere else because everything they tell you is a lie!!!!!!!!

It's a shame..doctor is great...customer service is horrible...its unfortunate the doctor will loose 2 good patients because his staff doesn't know how to bill...

Battling immune issues and lung disease for years. I met Dr. Wilson after my doctor retired and I was hospitalized and I have stayed out of the yearly hospitalizations since he has been treating me. Super knowledgable and great bedside manner with patients.

My father has been a patient of Dr. Wilson for a year and a half, Dr. Wilson is extremely pleasant when you actually get to see him. My issue is with his staff, the incompetence is ridiculous. Three weeks ago we went for a check up after a hospital stay, they left us sitting in a room for THREE hours, on the ride home, portable oxygen ran out, had to pull over and charge. The visit for today is for an X-Ray, told to go get the X-ray before the visit to check on his pneumonia from the last visit. The staff at the hospital he works in is no better than the staff at his office, they have no clue as to what they are doing, nor do any of them had bed side manor. They have no record of his chest x-ray being scheduled and then apparently the Dr. Office told the registration personnel he had no appointment for today. that was a LIE. At the end of the day my father was not seen after waiting for forty-five minutes. We will never be back to this office again, the staff could have cared less when I called and told them we were leaving and as to what caused us to get up and walked out.
