Mr Pretzels Incorporated

I came in 15 minutes before closing. I was denied service. Then a gentleman who I now know (was a employee’s boyfriend) was able to place an order and receive his food. When I pointed out the unfairness of me being there before him and not being able to place an order I was ignored, ridiculed, and not taken seriously. I found it extremely rude and disrespectful. I have worked fast food in my teens and I understand how much work goes into helping run the front. With that please know I have NEVER treated someone so poorly and disregarded all of their valid concerns. I’m seriously disappointed and I didn’t deserve to be treated like that. The name of the incredibly rude woman I spoke with was Aricelle.

The staff there is very rude I tried to call because, I had a few questions and concerns but the employee whos name I did not get a chance to ask was unhelpful and had a really rude attitude so befoe I even got the chance to ask a question they hung up the phone on me and rejected my other calls
