I absolutely love the work Luxury Floors and Stairs did for me. The quality and workmanship is one of the highest around. I have had wood floors, and tile floors done before, but not to the same degree as this company does. Sam walked me through every detail so I knew exactly what to expect during the whole process. He communicated with me daily, twice daily even more when needed, and was always available during the project. I highly recommend using Luxury Floors and Stairs.

We hired luxury floors and stairs to replace our stair railing, balusters and newel posts. We also had them replace the carpet on the stairs and install wood floors in our upstairs living area. The process started off great with the installation of the wood floors and the new stair case rails and balusters. However when it came time to stain the new wood trim and rails and repair the walls where the old rails were, it was very frustrating. The first time the painters were supposed to show up we waited a couple hours until after I reached out to the company, I was told they couldn't get ahold of the paint crew and that they would attempt to send another crew. The new paint crew was not able to come out till the following day. When they arrived the only thing they did was stain the raw wood. They did not repair the base boards that were moved to install the wood floors or patch the holes made during the demo of the old stair rails. The third day the painter arrived 1 hr and 45 minutes after the initial estimated time of arrival. The single painter spent 1 hour to seal about 2/3 of the stair case and then said he had to leave. At this point we had planned to have the carpet installed the day after, but since the stair case was not finished, I was concerned the new carpet could be accidently painted or stained so I finished staining and sealing the stair case myself. The fourth painter showed up the next day and spent 3 hours finishing the base boards and wall repair. However I had to provide a ladder, a step stool, a hair dryer, and an extension cord to the painter. I also helped paint and tape off work areas in order to speed up the process since he was here till 940 pm. Without any heads up or warning they had the carpet deliveted in the middle of a work day. Thankfully someone happened to be home to be able to secure the carpet. I was also told that the carpet install had been rescheduled to the following day without asking me if I would be available. After confirming the carpet install would be on thursday and the installer would arrive between 5pm and 530pm. He failed to show up on time. At the time of this review the carpet installer is 1 hour and 10 minutes late. I am still waiting.
