WD Piano Movers were FANTASTIC! They exceeded our expectations by being able to squeeze us in the same day we called. My husband and I were so stressed at the prospect of getting a piano moved, but these guys were PROS! Friendly, timely, professional, and very skilled. I can't believe how easy they made the process. 10/10 recommend for any piano moving needs! Service: Oversized item removals

We who have concert grand pianos are picky when they have to be moved. My first move in 28 years. The owner really, really knows what he's doing and is exacting on directing his assistant. Will recommend, as he was recommended to me.

Moving from Frisco to Sherman, Texas. We moved out of our apartment in Frisco and had a grand piano that needed moving. We had to be out on a specific date, and scheduled the move 3 weeks prior. We were told we would be contacted the day before with a time that they would be at the apartment to move the piano, only we received no call the day before. After not receiving a call that day, we called and left a message about the move the next day. At 8:40 AM the next morning we missed a call from them - and called them back 15 minutes later. They were about to get to our apartment - KNOWING we were an hour away - and would not wait for us to drive to the apartment to meet them. They proceeded to tell us that they WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO MOVE US until Wednesday of the next week. The Apartment Complex already had people moving in and we HAD to be out by Monday. Left us high and dry and had to book an emergency move with someone else - at DOUBLE the cost. Just unbelievable. UPDATE: We were NOT in bed - we were working and on a conference call and called the company back in 15 minutes. The move was NEVER SCHEDULED FOR 9AM - we were told we would be contacted THE DAY BEFORE THE MOVE WITH A TIME. THEY NEVER CALLED. And you better believe it... when they left us high and dry we were ABSOLUTELY PANICKED and we had NO WAY TO MOVE A 9FOOT GRAND out of our Apartment by ourselves. You better believe we gave the receptionist a piece of our mind AFTER she told us she would have to reschedule... FOR A DATE THAT WE WOULD NO LONGER HAVE THE APARTMENT! They were un-caring - and we GAVE RACHEL AT STEINWAY WHO REFERRED THEM A PIECE OF OUR MIND. She promised NOT TO USE THEM ANYMORE!!!!!!! There is no reason that it is OUR fault that THEY DIDNT CALL TO TELL US WHEN THEY WERE ARRIVING! We PLAINLY told them everything --- if we were scheduled for 9AM we would have been there. LIES? That doesn't even make sense! Complaint filed with Steinway AND BBB!
