Hale (sales rep) was very helpful. I was a first time piano buyer, and Hale walked me through several acoustic / digital options. He was informative,thorough, patient, and honest. I look forward to learning on my new digital clavinova, and would make any future purchases from Metroplex Pianos.

Words cannot express how absolutely impressed I am by this establishment. My wife and I started our journey 6 months ago looking for a quality trustworthy piano store and pianos for our 5, 3 year old to upgrade from our old faithful family, Technics. From the moment we started talking to Hale Ryan at Metroplex Piano in Plano, Hale was honest, kind, informative, and extremely supportive, & helpful to aid us in finding the right piano. We found our perfect piano this week, and it arrives Tuesday. We live 2 hours away from the store but working with Hale was worth all the distance. Hale's resume speaks for itself, it's rare to find someone as knowledgeable and experienced in working with purchasing a piano. I also found out through the process they have one of the best warranty and buy up contracts around. I'm a vocal music teacher who has wanted a grand piano for a long time. As I was browsing Metroplex Piano online, a chat popped up and put me in touch with Hale Ryan. He asked me what I was looking for in an instrument, my budget, and my availability to come into the store. He also turned me on to Seiler pianos. I thought I would buy a Yamaha. When I got there and played the Seiler, I knew it was the instrument for me. Hale was very knowledgeable about all the pianos sold at Metroplex. He demonstrated the dynamic range of the Seiler and blew me away. He's a great salesman and also an awesome conversationalist. The piano delivery was smoothly and professionally done and I LOVE my new baby! Just a wonderful experience all around.

My experience was first class! Hale Ryan was amazing to work with. I discovered the beauty and boldness of the Seiler piano. I went in committed to Yamaha, but the Seiler stole my heart! Love at first sound. Delivered today and loving it. Thanks for a great experience!
