The doctors and support staff are excellent...... special mention to Dr. Lau, Dr Moon for the superlative service over the years for my family.
The reason I felt compelled to write this review today was because of the presence of mind and positive outlook of one of the supervisors who work at this location, Kayla. She went out of the way to help me, while I was fasting, to save me multiple trips to this location. It's hard to find people like her these days in the service industry.
Thanks for making my day. You are an asset to the organization.... Keep up the good work. God bless...

I am having an appointment now. The nurse at the reception desk was super rude. Very bad experience. You can find a better place.

One of the worst experiences that I had. I scheduled an appointment 2months in advance and have provided all the information (me and both of my parents). At the time of the request, I've provided all information and the attendant informed that my insurance was covered.
At the day of the appointment, I received a call 30 minutes before the arriving time, informing that my parents were through Marketplace and they don't accept that plan, and trying me to accept to pay for their appointment.
They wait until the day to inform that, so they can try to get the money instead. Right now, me and my parents are needed to start all over again, finding a Family Dr, but my concern is that my parent are elderly. Terrible experience, hope that was for a good cause so I can find a better place.
I do not recommend at all.
