THE ABSOLUTE WORST. I got a breast reduction in 2019 from Dr. Wilcox which went horribly. I was supposed to get a revision surgery this year however he retired. I then went for a consultation with Dr. Morrissey where he promised to help me in anyway possible. That was three weeks ago. I have called every week with no response. Absolutely disgusting how I’ve been treated here.

After hearing from a friend that Dr.Wilcox makes comments to employees and potential customers that are not only sarcastic but they are extremely rude and hurtful. Calling someone a buffalo is just plain wrong. Also if someone of color comes in and you call them a NBA player, what would you think? I mean really. How ignorant can you be to not realize that the comments you make to another person can not only be hateful but can be hurtful. It is a form of bullying and should not be tolerated in any form. And for a man that deals with people daily concerning their bodies you should be more sensitive to the feelings of others. But I am sure as an older man you just don’t really care about all that. That your money can buy you friends but it can not buy you respect.
