Horrible communication my wire came out and no one answered the phone or called me back until 2 weeks later to set a appt I dont recommend this orthodontist at all

Poor communication..no information when they are on lunch Office can be closed when you show up even 2 mins earlier for your appointment. Calling on office phone goes to answering service which even don't know whether office is open or not. Staff says they are on lunch Noone answers the call during weekdays always goes to answering service

They were halfway professional when Balaun was Dr Patels assistant. Now no one answers the phone, were waiting in our car on the day of the appointment for someone to get to the office, and then appointment date/times get changed before confirming with the patient. Ive had enough. I drive 30 minutes to Plano to have my time wasted. I will be looking for a different orthodontist because its not like he appreciates us as his patients. Only got a star because I had to rate.

Really hard to get a hold of anyone in the office. I've been waiting for my son's Invisalign for longer than a month.I have lost count of how many messages I have left with the answering service and yet had not gotten a email or call back. Not a good place to start with treatment.

I came to Pristine Orthodontics a few years ago in order to get braces. They did a great job walking me through the entire process, and now I love my smile! If youre considering choosing an Orthodontist, Dr. Patel and his team are an excellent choice!!!
