All of our visits were quick and efficient and I immediately saw results in my daughters teeth. The staff are so friendly and the doctor is amazing. I completely recommend coming to Dr. Chens orthodontic clinic because it was exactly what I wanted for my daughter to have, and she now has a beautiful smile thanks to these kind-hearted people. 10/10

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Chen and his staff. First of all, they have the best prices around! I would know because I went to 4 other offices before choosing Dr. Chen. Both of his offices are clean and beautiful. The staff are all very sweet, accommodating, professional and efficient. They worked with my tough schedule for all my scheduled appointments, and worked me in same day when I had a problem (my fault).
And of course Dr. Chen! He has the best bedside manner! Very soft spoken, caring, informative and a perfectionist! He made sure to explain and set expectations every step of the way. He makes recommendations that he would make for his sister or for himself, even if it means more work or less profit for him. I trusted Dr Chen with my (now) beautiful smile and have referred everyone I know who might need orthodontic work. You will not be disappointed for choosing them. 100/10!

If you live in the Dallas area and need Orthodontist work done Dr Chen Orthodontist is the place. They did my two daughters and both of their smiles are amazing. His staff is amazing and so nice. We love Dr Chen.

From the front desk to the doctor the staff is amazing. Treatment plans were explained in detail and payment plans were very reasonable.
I love that Dr. Chen and my son connected on a science level and was treated with respect and kindness throught his treatment. His smile is gorgeous and I know if ever have to have another treatment this is where we will go!

Amazing place, staff really nice and cool friendly atmosphere
