I'm a regular at the Dallas Angelika location for over a decade. This is my first time at the Plano location and it is a big disappointment. They have a self check out machine but no receipt or tickets printed. There are also no employees downstairs so you have to go upstairs and wait in line and explain the situation to the concessions workers. And the workers are assuming you are lying about the situation and have to prove (without a receipt) that you did in fact buy a ticket. Crazy town around here. All of this would be avoided if you had more workers to handle situations where things go wrong. Go to Dallas instead. Or Cinemark. Or stay at home and watch on Netflix.The popcorn is good.
