I ordered a few items from the website. My pup looks awesome in the bandana collar and the giant tennis ball is her new favorite toy. Good quality, prompt shipping, and the owner actually responded when I had questions about the cinema opening up again. Im looking forward to finding out where the new locations will open up next year! Until then, thanks for the fun toys and good luck with everything happening!

Have been member since May of 2019 however communication has gone unanswered, all emails to the owner are returning as undeliverable (original and the domain email box), posts to the website not responded to, and text messages are going unresponded to.
Was trying to change what card is paying my membership, now I'm concerned I'll be contacting my card about invalid charges due to the lack of anything other than promotional mail blasts from a invalid email account.
RESPONSE BELOW SAYS THEY REFUNDED but I had transactions still pulling out the entire time until my post was made in April and I have not seen a refund for either accounts I was paying for. So there seems to be a miscommunication SOMEWHERE.
