Excellent customer service! I was in desperate need of ostomy supplies on a Friday evening. Someone answered the phone at 5:59 (closing time is 6:00). They were kind and helpful, letting me get the necessary information I needed. She then took my order over the phone as I drove the 30 minutes to the store. She left the supplies in a secure location for me to pickup when I arrived. Truly an incredible example of customer service that is becoming more and more rare! Thank you!
