I came in to Hieline Mobility in Plano on a wing and a prayer with a tire that had come off a wheel off a mobility chair. I was out for a run and came upon an older lady and her two grandsons with the disabled chair. Were able to get the chair back to their house. I was able to get the wheel off but was unable to get the tire back on. Went to a couple of places with no success. Came in with the broken wheel and Tabatha and Angela looked at it and took it to the back and worked on it for about 20 minutes trying to get the wheel back on. But no success but were able to come up with a replacement wheel and tire. They went above and beyond to get what I needed. I was able to put the replacement on and all went well and now is able get around. Thanks again Hieline

Tabitha is amazing but the guy in back who fixes wheelchairs was rude and not knowledgeable on what camber meant. Just go to the Richardson bike shop they are awesome this place is trash.

Tabatha was very helpful help with the rent of the wheelchair, also, she showed us have a chair work, she was a very patient with us overall a great experience. Please go here for any of your medical assistant means.
