Been trying for a month to get a claim settled. No help at all from agent.

Not responsive at all. I spent several weeks trying to get in contact with someone about my policy and just ended up cancelling. I started off using the ‘contact us form’ on the website and didn’t receive a response. Then I called a few times before I finally got a person on the line. I requested a quote, was told it would be sent over the next day, and received zero follow up. The communication got comically bad when I got an unrelated sales call asking if I wanted to speak with an agent about my policy’s renewal. I said yes and indicated that I had been trying to reach someone. I was told that someone would reach out to me, but no one did. I have no idea what is going on here and tried to assume the best, but the lack of organization and communication made me feel like my business wasn’t valued so I took it elsewhere.

The Tadesco All state insurance is th best I've had in my 46 years of driving the staff and company is great
