Jessica Brownfield: Allstate Insurance

Absolutely the worst agent we have ever dealt with. Not only do they NOT care about their clients or their needs, they refuse to do their job that we pay them a commission to do. We received a letter telling us they will be adding one of our college students to our policy in 30 days, this student has their own policy with a different carrier, but has our home address because he is at college. So had we not seen this letter, Allstate was going to add another driver to our policy without our consent. Sent email at 10:49am to the agent, after a phone call. No one replied to email or called us back about this issue. We will be changing agents ASAP!!

I have been with Jessica for sometime now. The girls Caroline and Astrid are very knowledgeable and always answer my questions. Jessica works very hard to find the best rates possible. After you speak to Jessica and the girls you will be very comfortable letting them handle all your insurance needs.Jessica thank you all for taking such good care of me.

I don’t always write reviews, but I am just so impressed with Jessica and her staff. I called the office needing help finding some good insurance for my home and vehicles. Jessica took her time and explained what my options were, she really went over and beyond. They never tried to upsale me, but informed me. Once all my questions and needs were met, there was no question that I was not going to give her my business. I have been very happy.
