Tri County Air Care

Our nest was not hooked up correctly (by a different technician/company) so we called Tri County Air because we thought maybe something went wrong with our HVAC system. Sammy Stokes was our technician. He assessed our entire situation and corrected the the issue while explaining everything along the way. We were so impressed by his level of knowledge and care for our home. Since we are still under a COVID-19 restrictions, he came in with a mask on and covered his boots before walking through our home, which we greatly appreciated. Thank you for helping us feel cool as we head into a hot summer!

They have gone above and beyond my expectations and have been a pleasure to work with over the last year. We have been using these guys for a while. Everyone one we have ever dealt with has been super friendly, extremely professional and very helpful. Recently we returned from a trip to a freezing house. Tri-County explained that the cost to repair was not worth keeping the old systems and worked with us to get us an affordable system that met our needs. During install, I would periodically check in to see how things were going. Whoever was nearby when I showed up, stopped what they were doing and explained what they were doing and how far along they were without me even asking. These guys are great and highly recommended.
